When you buy a Juna mattress, you’re buying the freedom to make changes to your mattress as often as you’d like — for life. Whether your mattress has started to show wear, a new material has been released, or you simply desire a change in firmness, all you have to do is request a new part, and we’ll swap it out ASAP.

Most mattresses on the market today use cheap polyurethane foam to create a temporary "soft" feeling. However, this material is one of the lowest quality components available. Typically, these mattresses use low-density foam ranging from 1.2 lbs to 1.8 lbs, which wears out quickly, leading to discomfort and lack of support over time. The denser the foam, the better it maintains its shape and supports your body over the years.

The Juna mattress is fundamentally different. Instead of relying on traditional cheap polyurethane, we use both organic latex and high resilience foam to provide a soft yet highly supportive feel. Every foam component in the Juna mattress has a density of at least 2.5 lbs, with some layers reaching up to 5 lbs. This higher density means our foams contain more product and less air, making them incredibly resilient and durable.

Each material in the Juna mattress has been independently tested for longevity:

• Memory Foam: Rated to last 20 years.
• High Resiliency Foam: Rated to last 25 years.
• Latex: Rated to last 30 years.
• Texas Pocket Coil: Rated to last 25 years.

Out of the last 10,000 Juna mattresses sold, we have had 20 returns. Those returns get donated to someone in need through a local nonprofit. If we have made three adjustments and it’s been 90 days but within 180 days, and you need to throw in the towel, we can help process a refund.

Our 20-year warranty fully covers the cost of replacing any defective materials you may encounter during the warranty period of your Juna mattress. This warranty is not prorated and Juna is held liable for the quality of the mattresses. Our warranty covers 100% of workmanship and premature failure of materials. Our warranty does not cover materials with stains larger than 3″, have evidence of misuse or abuse, or is found to have improper support or failed foundation.

Our Lifetime Comfort Commitment extends beyond the warranty to ensure the complete satisfaction of all our customers, all the time. If you want to make your mattress firmer, softer, or something in between, simply request a change, and will assist you. This is so much better than a warranty because it’s all about our Juna customers and how they feel about our mattress. We can even change the feeling on just one side of the mattress instead of the whole if that is preferred.
