When you own a Juna mattress, we provide ongoing adjustments tailored to your evolving comfort and support preferences, ensuring you enjoy a lifetime of restful sleep. Whether you prefer adjustments on one side of the mattress or the whole bed, our dedicated staff will professionally adjust your Juna mattress in your home for as long as you own it.

To gain complete satisfaction, we shifted the paradigm of what support feels like. When you lay all the way down for the first time, notice that your spine is in complete alignment. Your hips and shoulders will sink in the proper amount to keep your spine in complete alignment. Support is not the only thing your body needs; it is also pressure point relief. In your old bed, if you noticed that your shoulders or hips were sore when you woke up, the Juna mattress stands to give our clients the relief they are looking for. Free In-Home Adjustment
If you need an adjustment, give us a call. Our staff wants to listen to you and will help tailor the Juna mattress to fit your exact needs. The adjustment in home only takes 30 minutes or less, all done through our zip-off top. The first adjustment is on us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your mattress purchase and can make any change, no matter how big or small.
No Limits
There is nothing we won’t do for a client of ours. Suppose you need a second or even third adjustment. We can help adjust your Juna mattress as many times as it takes to make it perfect for you. Information is the key. The more details you can give us, the better the adjustments we can make. This is a Lifetime Comfort Commitment. We are there for you; we want your complete satisfaction.
180- Night Risk-Free Trial
Out of the last 10,000 Juna mattresses sold, we have had 20 returns. Those returns get donated to someone in need through a local nonprofit. If we have made three adjustments and it’s been 90 days but within 180 days, and you need to throw in the towel, we will process a refund on the Juna mattress minus a 30% restocking fee.
Built to last longer then the given warranty.
Juna’s warranty is a true testament to the value we deliver to our customers. Each of our mattresses is rated to last longer than 20 years, and most will outlast that by 10 years. After the warranty expires, Juna customers can choose to replace layers of the mattress at the cost of the materials. After all, this is the last mattress you’ll ever have to buy and we mean that!

PRODUCT WARRANTY DURATION:
Juna H-bed Mattress: 20 years
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
Juna Sleep Systems is proud to design mattresses using the most robust materials ever made. Under this warranty, if any product becomes defective within its respective warranty period of 20 years, Juna Sleep Systems will replace the product without any charges to you.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS:
Any damage to the mattress, including, but not limited to, stains, holes, and burns, will render this warranty void. Notably, this does not impact our comfort commitment.
PROTECTION MEASURES:
To prolong the life and maintain the quality of your mattress, we provide a complimentary mattress protector with every bed delivery. We recommend using this protector as the penetration of bacteria into the mattress can accelerate the deterioration of the internal materials. Customers should replace this mattress protector every 3 years and never use bleach or high heat when washing.
WARRANTY CLAIM CONDITIONS:
To be eligible for a warranty claim:
- The mattress must be in the same condition as it was upon delivery.
- The mattress must be free from any damages not attributed to manufacturing defects.
- The mattress must be used on a firm, flat, non-spring foundation or frame (whether nonmoving type or adjustable type) sufficiently strong to remain flat and firm under the weight of the mattress and its users. Failure to adhere to this condition may lead to the voiding of the warranty.
- If the mattress is not in use, it must be stored flat to prevent any distortions or damages.
- The warranty claim can be validated if the material is clearly defective or if the mattress exhibits an impression of at least 3/4 inch.
By adhering to these guidelines, you ensure the longevity and top-notch quality of your mattress. We at Juna Sleep Systems are dedicated to providing our customers with products that offer lasting comfort and durability.
JUNA Perfect Pillow
The Juna Perfect Pillows are covered under our comfort commitment. This allows you to adjust the loft of your pillow at any point. If you need more filling for your Juna pillow, we will provide more for life. The comfort commitment is only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
All Other Accessories
All other items are non-refundable. These accessories may be covered under a manufacturer warranty, but there is not a warranty expressed or implied through Juna Sleep Systems on products not listed above.
